Square Tube in OKC?

Where’s the best place around OKC to buy small quantities (single stick or a couple 4’ sections) of 1.5” 11 gauge square steel tubing?

Not sure about okc, but in Tulsa it can be purchased at Quick Service Steel and Alro. Alro has an online store, but there is substantial shipping costs.. I have some left over from my last shelving project if you ever come through the owasso area.

You might try Lowe’s or Atwoods, they may have a 4’ piece.

I've bought small pieces at Lowe's before . . . 1/2" x 4' or 1" x 4' I believe is what I got.

Yeah, I looked at a couple Lowe’s and the biggest I found was 1 1/4. I’ll check again.

I buy all my steel at Steelco in Paoli.

Lowe’s charges an arm and a leg for their steel supplies. Interstate Steel & Metals in Tulsa is another good place to get square steel tube at better prices than Lowe’s, and their drops piles can hold some materials at great prices. Last time I looked, I picked up 6 feet of 1.5” thick round 4140 steel bar for $20.
