Suppressed air rifle

I was watching Self Defense Tv (I think).
They had a suppressed air rifle on the show. The host said since this was a built in and not an add on it was not considered and NFA controlled item. He mention the BATF or Justice Dept. some yankee gubamint authority had reviewed the matter and decided.
I believe it was a Beeman, but I cannot find one any where. Does any one have any idea which model it is and where to buy one?

I have a Gamo Whisper, I guess it is a little quiet, thats not why I bought it. Sounds just about the same as the Silencerco Sparrow on the 22AR.
