What a lot of the young'ns don't realize is that you are hired to be the agent/PR/conductor of your company's business. Not your business, but theirs.

So, choose your job carefully. That is your responsibility.

What i find funny and i have to deal with it daily is the younger workers tells the employers what they will and wont do and get by with it and the older workers does what they are told to do within reason and dont complain. I was always taught you do what your employer ask you to do or find another job. And i have to work with people daily that all they wont is to be on the payroll and sit around and do nothing if they even show up.
