Chuy's is horrible, poor service, nasty food, and unfriendly staff. Might as well go to Ted's for some Ameri-Mex (Only good thing there is the hot sauce). So, yeah, never go back to Chuy's until they find a new crew and everything.

Best meat on the entire cow, and by a long shot. Better than tenderloin even.

It definitely has a distinct flavor. When we butchered a beef, Sweetie would cook & skin the tongue, and I'd eat most of it on sandwiches.

Good stuff.

Used to be a place on 2nd and Broadway that had the best tongue tacos I've ever had.

I got the ground beef instead, but they did have the best taco that I've had in a while. 5 thumbs up!
