Forward facing sonar has changed the game for people who have it. The guy that broke the record was there with another guy from Oklahoma (separate boats) that fishes O.H. Ivie regularly the last two years when the craze started. He’s caught a wall full of double digits fishing A-rigs and swim baits using forward facing sonar. He literally pin points his fish and casts to it.
