Someone say Marlin 60...

This is mine, started as a non functioning gift from my neighbor. Fixed the problem, did a little trigger work, lucked into a limited edition Boyds thumbhole stock and yes it will out shoot my 10/22.

thats a sweet stock on a deserving gun!

My first rifle I bought on my own was the Marlin/Glenfieid model 60 from an OTASCO. Was a great gun.

I have a Glenfield model something(too lazy to get out of my recliner and go to the shop and make sure of the model) carbine bought from Gibsons in the 80's, for $35 each. Bought 5 to give away for Christmas, and kept one.
Extremely accurate, and hangs on a nail in the sling swivel in the shop. Locked and loaded.

i had a marlin model 99, pretty much same gun but with a gold trigger, it was missing the magazine spring too. I sold it in my younger years and regret it
