Can wrapping your meter in aluminum foil block the rf signal?

Anyone with some basic skills can pull a meter and put some jumpers of some sort in place if the electric companies play games with consumers for no reason.

They can definitely cut you off remotely. They can tell when you pull the meter. I’ve slipped up when my bills were not sent to my residence. They can turn it back on in an hour. Tell us more about your $30 electric bill. You live by candles?
