It's a damn shame that 4-6 of these little angels don't have a limp for the rest of their life. I would say that as soon as a mob or crowd "surrounds" you(and have taken away any means of retreating)it's time to bust some caps in their butts.

I think that anyone being threatened by a large group with violence should be in fear of their life. You can argue about this all you want, but I think common sense would say yes....protect yourself.
