Tick fever

We live in the 91st. And. Midway area. If you have dogs,cats whatever. Keep a close eye on them.

Our 4 year old Minpin has been sick for the past two weeks. We have taken him to three different Vets. 1 st thought it was his Pancreas flaring up nope not it. The 2 nd thought bow instrument not that then third vet checked for the same as the first two then looking in his ears she found a tick hidden he has tick fever of some sort. There different kinds of tick fever and they don't show up on regular blood test.

They can have fever,cold chills, stomach cramps, won't eat, drink, body aches, so keep an eye on your pets. Tick are very bad this year.

I keep my grass cut low and our dogs are only in the back yard never in the woods.

Yes they are. Our first vet we fired because after over $600 spent there she told us that he acts fine when he's there when he's hooked to IVs and antibiotics he get filling good then send him home then after it wears off he back to near death. We was going to take him back in monday or today when they wouldn't fit him in then they said they weren't going to make any time available we just need to take him some place else. He's 4 and they have seen him every year for shots and check ups. WTF
