Difficult issue. We are constantly complaining that current laws are not being enforced, but when this bill comes up, we are against it.
I complain about the laws. They are all unconstitutional. It’s a simple fix, remove every single gun law and I will not complain anymore.

We must have laws, because we are a society with very poor self-control. Rights have responsibilities and when we fail to live up to those responsibilities, society demands action. Can you imagine a society without laws?

What happens when society demands action and those that are supposed to enforce the laws are corrupt and think themselves above those laws?

Then we continue to work for the results we want, just like other elements of society. Lumping all elected individuals and LEO's etc.as corrupt is just being lazy. There are far more good folks than there are corrupt, in every profession. We still live in the best country in the world, by a long shot, and we will continue to be strong as long as we work within the system that has been the best in the world for 250 years. Sure, there are people in every profession that should not be there. If enough people feel a change is needed, it usually happens. Maybe not as fast as you want, maybe not even in the direction we want, but sometimes we just might be wrong in what we want.
