Why pay off the rentals? You'll just have equity you can't use. Have you listened to Robert Kiyosaki and how he creates cash flow and debt?

Just a thought.
2 days ago, these guns didn't write me a check. The crack-castles did. My ROI will be <4 years. I'm not selling the entire collection. But between the guns, 8 cars and some other assets, I've decided to move some investments around and create cashflow. I'm 44 and am seriously considering retirement.

Maybe he has an ARM on them and they're raising his interest rate.
They are on an ARM, but they're still locked for 3+ years.

I'm not exactly sure. It's the metal drum that they come with. I believe it's 275 rounds or something like that???

Yes, each are on a Form 4.
The American Arms metal drums are 177 rounds. The plastic Lexan drums are in three sizes: 165, 220, 275 rounds.
