Bullshat. Just like horse racing, just like bingo, just like casino gambling, just like the lotto, and the education system is still in disarray.
You can pass that horseshat crap on to someone that is ignorant so you can legally toke, which I don't really care one way or the other but don't try to pass that on as a means to vote yes.

The issue with that is the "After administrative costs" statement. Admin cost at 80% of revenue then 75%of the remaining 20% goes to education?

They always leave a loophole for them to abuse the system.

Moreover, they'll do exactly what they've done in the past: give the money to education as promised, then reduce other allocations to education commensurately. Money is fungible.
