Some horse publication actually interviewed the family and confirmed there were no horses in the trailer. Otherwise I wouldn't have necessarily believed it.

Nope. I've been "debating" with them over on the Reddit r/Tulsa sub. I explained it in GREAT detail and with corresponding codes from O.S. 21 & O.S. 47. They still don't understand why it's OK for the people in vehicles they're accosting to run over them. You simply can't fix stupid!

And the driver didn't even aim to misbehave! LOL

Remember we all agreed stupid should hurt? In my opinion, running over the stupid, should hurt... a lot.
