I think a similar thing caused the closing of the range over by the dump in BA. People in the surrounding neighborhood had stray rounds hitting their homes. A couple of years ago I asked Don at Happy Hollow if he was worried about the new housing being developed around him would give him grief. He got a little fired up about that. It sounded to me like he'd already had a few problems with the new neighbors.
