I found him. His name is Anthony Marshall and he lives in Tulsa. (Googled the phone number he left in an ad in July of 2021) I cannot find an obituary and according to LinkedIn he posted 2 months ago. If someone actually met him before he vanished, they could call the number listed in the ad for the Beretta 92.
