It's not "organ meat," it's a muscle just like other flesh with tendons and connective tissue, hence it tasting like, you know, venison. Liver, testicles, the stomach, intestines, etc. -- items made up of membranes or glands -- are organs.

The heart is an organ, saying it’s not is…odd?

It has a job. It's an organ. While I've often thought about it, I don't really eat anything that has a job.

EEEHHH I will eat about anything and even the heart.
If it has a job it is an organ.

Muscles have a job as does cartilage remove the muscles and cartilage and see the entire body fall apart.
Pretty important job.

Just eat it.
Different textures never bothered me .
Only things I really hated were my sisters and stuff they liked because I hated them.
Red licorice I went for the black because they liked red.
Butterfingers are my least favorite candy bar because that was their favorite. The Bee Gees I did not like them either.

Deer nuts are not very good at all.
I would rather eat those than listen to the Bee Gees though.
