View from a ground blind I had nestled into brush last year. Did not get it placed this year. Camera for this spot also quit working so I have no clue how much business it gets. My bigger gravity feeder is about 200 yards away. Had up to 8 deer on camera at once there. Don’t have a stand or blind there either. September/October trips to Switzerland and Hawaii messed up my hunting prep this year, but a man could have worse problems

Here’s how I’m celebrating Columbus Day!

Is that a hand drawn bow? Rare to see these days but I sure like the challenge! Any luck on Monday? Won't be out until the 21st so will post a 'setup' pic the following week.

Made my first sit of the season today. Saw does and turkey at a distance but nothing close. Wind was wrong for that stand but it sure felt good to get back into it.
