walmart .40 ammo

what is there target ammo going for? anything close to affordable ( I know a relative term) what is their cheapest..Son needs a few boxes.

Seemed like all they had the other day in mustang was federal 50 round boxes for 15 and 1 box of the Remington 250 yellow box was 79ish. They did not have much.

I always buy the .40 JHP Remington 100 ct Green & White box... something like $36.97. 100 ct .45 JHP's for just under $40.50 and the 100 ct 9mm JHP's for around $27. Nice large deep hollow points..... and they feed very well in all my guns. My Wally world has the .357's, .40's & .45's... just no 9MM's.

Actually the price varies depending on what store you go to. I bought federal 223 in Yukon for like $35, then I go to the one in Mustang and it's $30. WTH? What a scam. I've bought a bunch of the 100 packs of federal 9mm in mustang for $20 plus tax. I'm thinking that the WWBs are like $24. But of course the federal seems to be a lot cleaner. Oh and I think that they restock that stuff on Tuesdays, so wednesday is the day to go check.

Any of y'all noticed that some of the walmart ammo has smaller primers
