Warne mount on Ruger Mark III

I am putting a Nikon Buckmaster on my AR and taking my red dot off. I am wanting to put the Red Dot on my Ruger Mark III, I am looking at using Warne Rings, which ring height will best suit my setup??? I know that I need the 30mm but I don't know if I need the low, medium, or high height, I would assume since it is a pistol I would need the low mount.

I have an UltraDot on my Mark III, I use the rings that came with it and they are low.
