LOL, I remember in our "training" that if you complimented a woman about her attire or physical appearance, you would be fired.

Yet, the training never mentioned a woman complimenting a man about how good he looked in his suit or tool belt.

We sort of do. Two eyes in the front of the head, white teeth and a nose in the middle of it. Weird. If you look at a drawering of a human, it looks like a drawering of any other human.
That's what makes drawerings so problematic.
