The rate really depends upon the quality of the hunting. If you were to describe the "trophy deer" a more accurate lease rate could be estimated. I have learned everyone has a different opinion of "trophy deer".

Also, I recommend limiting the number of hunters. If you don't there will no longer be any real trophies.
