I purchased this rifle used in the late 70's for my father and since then, it has had less than a box shot through it. He used it one deer season and it sat in the closet.
There was a brass tag on the stock and I had our last name engraved in it. I never thought about the future value of the gun when I was 17.
Also, the bottom of the trigger guard has considerable wear. A few minor scratches and one small area where the blue has been worn near the muzzle.
Anyone know what the value of this would be in its current condition. I am considering selling it and wondering what a fair selling price would be?
