Which BUG? When I carried M&P shiled 9

I like to get one for the ankle carry,would like stay in 9mm if I can.
I guess what I want is something in 9mm and is smaller or as small/thin as shield,but also as reliable as Shield. And I don't want something with long trigger or hurt my hand every time I fire.
And I do not mind two fingers hold for the BUG. thanks, Stephen

I would shy away from carrying a gun on your ankle. It's to far away to be practical. I carry my bug in my off hand hip pocket

With that being said I either carry a s&w body guard or a j frame 38

I carried a Bereft Tomcat in an ankle holster many moons ago and never felt comfortable with it being secure enough. Kinda like walking would sling it off. Maybe it was the holster, who knows. It never fell off, but I quit carrying it there. I have since sold it and now use a 642 as my pocket/bug gun.

Carry 2 9mm Shields.

The Smith 442 or 642 would be my recommendation. I carry a 642.

I have a Nano and it is really picky with ammo. It doesn't cycle and eject light loads well at all.
