As far as other lever actions I have had the Henry 357 and Marlin 357 no complaints with either my dad has the uberti in 45LC which he thinks is next to heavenly to shoot
Don't think you can go wrong with the Henry, I've shot a .44 Mag that one of my buddies owns and it's pretty sweet. I have a Rossi in .45 Colt that I like, was stiff at the start but got much better after running it a while. Thought for a bit of doing an action job on it but the more I've shot it the less inclined I am to feel it needs it. I did read that the early .357's had feed issues but there were some easy fixes for them and I've subsequently read that the issues were resolved in later manufactured rifles. FWIW, YMMV, etc. etc.
