I recently purchased a new WGI Vision 16 Lightsout game camera. It was supposed to include batteries and an sd card. I opened it this morning and loaded the batteries. I looked next for the 32gb sd card, nope not there. I called customer service and was told that the unit did not come with an sd card, so I read him the statement on the box. He advised me they could send me a used card from another unit or return the camera for a refund. What would you do??

A USED card??? Why would they send you a 'used' card? Unless they mean they will just pull a card out of another brand new unit, I would say 'no.'

Could be counterfeit. I got a Streamlight flashlight that was fake and I bought it off of Amazon Prime. The tipoff to me was that Streamlight supplies a set a batteries with all their lights. The packaging had no provision for them.
