never heard of them until now but after research found out its a Texas company so they can't be all bad.....

On 03/23/2021 I placed order #***** on Zinc Point Manufacturing's website in the amount of $311.18. I was prepared to wait the 15-20 business days processing time before my order shipped, as indicated on the product page. On 03/28/2021 I received an email indicating that a shipping label had been created with the tracking number ******************.
On 04/05/2021 I sent an inquiry wondering why the order had not shipped, despite a label being created. I received an email the next day indicating that it would ship within the 15-20 business day window.
On 04/24/2021, having been more than 20 business days and still no indication the order had shipped, I sent an additional email seeking answers. That email has gone unanswered as of 04/30/2021, despite requests for a full refund and the possibility of reporting the situation to my bank as fraud.
Kind of a lame response from the company. How do they not know a shipment has not left their facility regardless of what UPS says?
