I understand he always has to be correct. At least I'll state my opinion is different that someone else's. He is trying to win an argument with some that is not arguing with him.Do you seriously not understand that you're wrong and he's right?

This is the real question. The city was looking for a way to mitigate their liability. Their hope was to find something in the illegally obtained blood sample which would allow them to place blame on the victim.
The cop was told to hooraw that nurse, and when she didn't play along he lost his ****. Since he was trying to enforce an unspoken policy of the city, he thought they would back him up.
Obviously he's still not used to the fact that cameras are everywhere. Now the city will drop the hammer on him in an effort to cover up the larger issue, and hope that it all goes away.

Pot, kettle, very black. Now if you aren't arguing, why are you still replying to my comments? Passive aggressive or not. In which I know there's no "winning" with you at all, not that it's a goal. You'll take a contrarian point of view well beyond the point of stupidity for no other reason other than you like to argue, you have a history of that. The very fact that you're STILL trying to apologize for an officer assaulting a nurse when she disagreed with him, is proof.
