I have a 1851 Navy im needing help researching all numbers match all colt markings are their. Im having to get rid of some of my display guns so id like to be sure before i sell.

I think it's a 3rd model. I sold one in similar shape to a guy that deals in that stuff in Tulsa last fall. Depending on the bore and grips I would say $2200-$3000. Is it in good operating order, how loose is it, tough without looking at the gun, but that is my guess.

You can get a factory letter from colt for $100 I think.
