I'm tethered to the IPhone 5S for now. My hearing aids blue tooth to the phone. I can adjust volume, tone, and use some built in features like crowds, Outdoors, wind, etc to filter. Stream Pandora and phone calls without buds.
Huge feature for me. The static models I've worn since the 70's were just amplifiers that didn't really address the issue.
