Don't know why, just can't sleep and it sucks,gotta get ready for work at 5:00.
Funny things I have to start a 25 ton chiller in the morning and it's gunna be freezing cold,A/C in the winter,what else can I ramble on about?

I'm thinkin it might be some new arthritis medicine I usually take in the mornings for my shoulder,I don't tink antiinflamitory stuff has effects like that, who knows,I got all kinds of crap to do hen over home tonight to then work late on tues. Hell it'll be next Monday before I get caughtback up on rest

That sounds like me about every other night. One night I sleep good and one night not so much.

I always sleep best when I've completely worn myself out during the day...

My suggestion is to ask your doctor to write a prescription for a couple of hot mamas as sleep aid. Insurance might even cover it if you're lucky.

Either that or I can loan you my kids and let them run you ragged.

I'll offer another suggestion, get a house than needs work... I sleep well most every night.

Oh, and for thinking that it's not the meds... there are some that shouldn't make anyone sleepy, and some "non drowsy" drugs, that put me out like a light. Not supposed to, but they do.
