Do you want to serve? The times I havwe been summoned, any question from a lawyer, I say they are guilty or they wouldn't be here. I have never been selected. I wouldn't mind serving, but I don't get paid for missed work for jury duty and have never been called when I'm off.
As far as what to expect, a lot of sitting and waiting.

I dunno. I kinda wish I did. I've been called a couple of times but once they find out I used to work for lawyers and am married to a JBT, they can't show me the back door fast enough ... :lookaroun

Wow....a jury of one's peers can be a very scary thing.

A friend was called to jury duty and had to sit. It was a drug case involving distribution, which of course, is a higher "grade" of crime than simple possession. My friend told me that if she hadn't explained that to the other jurors, they would not have known.

The only time that I was called for the day, I was never picked.

It's probably a good thing since the perpetrator was that OSU professor (or whatever) that was using the university's computer for child porn.

FRY THE DUDE!!!! :explode:
