I have a trail leading to my stand that has lots of pile's of this poop. I am not thinking it is deer poop...or is it?

Is there a way to tell buck from doe poo? It is all over the trail, and all fresh. looks like several deer.

It is not 100% accurate, but often buck chit will be in a clump and doe chit will be in pellets. Sit in the area and see what travels through.

Give it a taste test. If it is sweet it is a doe, if it is tough like jerkey it is a buck. I learned this on T.K and Mike.
