When I was in England we were on standbys for the SR71 and the U-2. The fun part was watching the Chase car when the U-2 landed.I was working at Boeing in Wichita which is right next to McConnell AFB. You shoulda heard the SR71 taking off at night. Then you shoulda heard the Boeing employee's car alarms sounding off.
Probably from WRANGB.I tracked an aircraft yesterday that was labeled "Special Operations Command" but gave no other details except things like speed, altitude, and position. It was tracking to the SW, maybe headed for Texas.
