dennis, that sounds like a perfect way to make a tasty llama. as of now i don't have a place where i can build a fire like that though. i am unfortunately too close to the city to have a fire pit in my yard. better believe i'll have one when i move back though. think it would be okay to make a couple 55 gallon grills or rent a huge grill, or would that just not cook it right? sorry, i've never cooked something this large before.
