Might be because he'd have trouble lifting it into his pickup truck bed. My back is getting more and more limiting as time passes. Though I don't have quite as much gut as he's got. That could be his problem, too. Or both...
couldn't have been any worse/harder than lifting it to put in that basket

True, but you can get help in the store if you ask for it. They'll also help you load it, too, but we don't have any sort of context, just this one photo. Might have been a busy day in the store.

My back is wrecked, and getting worse. And I hate asking for help. I'm still having to ask more and more frequently. Seeing my doc tomorrow and asking for a referral to a neurosurgeon. Been putting off surgery on the back for about 20 years, and hope I can continue putting it off. BUT! Might be medications that will help, or higher doses of the ones I'm taking now. Might be time to bite the bullet and get the cutting over with. Wife has had two fusions of her spine, L5-S1 & C6-C7, and those were nearly 20 years ago. I'm almost 69. She'll be 59 Friday. Common "accident" but her skeletal structure is much lighter than mine. @$$%ing roller coaster in '87.

When we returned to Oklahoma after four years of seeing Colorado, Oregon, and Utah, we stayed at an RV park near Sulphur and Lake of the Arbuckles. One of the OSA members owned it at the time, so we got to get to know him and his wife pretty well. A real nice side note was that there are quite a few walking trails in the area of the lake and in Sulphur itself.

We were blessed to have the opportunity to move to Utah in late 2017 and work at an RV park on the southern border. Both of us fell in love with all the variations of the geological formations in southern Utah and northern Arizona. This was taken somewhere along either highway 89 or highway 89A. Highway 89 goes east from Kanab, UT towards Page, AZ and then south to Highway 89A and then on south towards Flagstaff. Highway 89A goes south out of Kanab and then turns east at Fredonia, AZ and then goes down off of the Kiabab Plateau and over towards the junction with Highway 89 south of Page.

Either route is one of natural beauty.

Ive travelled some of that. Stunning. the Grand canyon is a must see. Planning another trip to S Utah theis summer to do Zion, Bryce, and any others, then up to Yellowstone.

Agree on the Grand Canyon. We had the time and opportunity to see both the North and South rims as well as further down-canyon to Toroweap Overlook. Pics of all those trips are on my Smugmug site.

Utah's 5 national parks are pretty much all awesome, although Capitol Reef is not quite as spectacular.

Good evening folks,
Well we are at the hotel tonight (Embassy Suites Downtown/OU Medical) getting ready for our annual convention. We start setting up in the morning. That will take 15 to 18 hours for set up and then we start Thursday at 11am. We should start breaking down and packing up around 6pm on Sunday. It’s going to be a busy 4 days. Right now we have approx. 2800 entries. :yikes2:Just a little bit larger than last year.
Once we get everything back in storage Sunday night, the wife and I are heading up to the lake house on Grand for 7 days of relaxing. For her, that means playing at the casino and getting massages and for me, that means range time, crappie fishing and bass fishing. 😂🤣😂
