You didn't mention Toyota. Tundra is manufactured in San Antonio. Ford is manufactured in Mexico and Canada for different models.

We have all three in our fleet. If you are going to do any maintenance yourself. Then go with a chevy

Not sure why anyone would want a Chevy at this point with their laundry list of very widespread issues, like bad lifters/flat cam from their Active Fuel Management. Even the Chevy forums are littered with horror stories from diehard GM guy's.
