Does it not make sense to focus on just ONE area of traffic at a time? Most of the time when I crawl past local construction work sites (during daylight work hours) no one is around. Where are they? Do I somehow magically align my travel to coincide with their smoke breaks? You have 37 projects going on in Tulsa at the same time, with maybe 3-4 crews working them all. Why not just focus on ONE project at a time. Finish. Then move on to project #2. Is this an attempt for officials to manipulate the public into thinking we are truly getting a lot of bang for our political buck?
