Last spring, one of the guys on the lease south of my place texted me to get permission to look for a turkey he shot, but he didn’t find it.
I smoked the last half of the breast from my fall bird a couple days ago and got a surprise when I was eating a slice last night. It appears I may have found the bird he shot, since I killed the turkey with a crossbow.

I swear this tom knows the camera’s there and just keeps walking back and forth in front of it for a selfie.
