If you see an emergency vehicle on the shoulder you need to pull to the left lane and slow down until you pass it. According to the O.H.P the new law was enacted to clear the way for first responders during an emergency and cut down on the number of road rage incidents among drivers.

So..? Its still Not a Fast lane ...its a "passing lane"?
How many people change back to the right lane when "not passing"??

I am just passing every car that I see! I monitor my rearview and move over if I am in the left lane and someone is behind me. Otherwise I am usually doing 5-10 over the speed limit and usually occupying the left lane.
Thats exactly what I was talking about, the left lane is sometimes smoother.
Besides, I have it on "good info" that the radars are set to the inside lanes.......kinda keep that on the downlow..8/
