Congrats and good job! I started out with 46's and inching towards 48 at the beginning of the year and now I'm down to 38. I trying to get down to the 34's and I will buy myself a new gun when I do. I have already bought a couple of them this year.

I went froma sz 40 to a 36 it took. Me a year but i did it now im going to try to get down to a sz34 or even a 32 just started the insanity workout today so beast mode is back on

Good luck with that, hope you do well. I started jogging last night; took my 11 year old daughter to the track. She is in much better shape than I am but she kept stopping, then running real fast to catch up. When I stopped and when I could breathe again, lol, I asked her why she kept stopping, she said to had to straighten-out her hair! 11 year old girls, geesh!!!

Congrats! I dropped 5" from my waist a couple years ago. Went from a 35 to a 30 where I am now(I'm 5-10). Problem for me is I have a 46" chest so shirts are real hard to buy.
