Many of you knew Steve way better than I did but I do know he was a friendly guy who liked to have fun. I would think he'd like us to remember him for those traits. The closest passing in my life thus far has been my great-grandmother and at her funeral, I chose not to go through the viewing line because I didn't want that to be my last memory of her. Instead, I chose to remember her at the other, happier times in her life. So for those who never had the chance to meet Steve, here he is at one of those fun times in life with the FGST. Enjoy riding that V-Max in the sky, Steve!

I'd ask that you each do a random act of kindness in his honor. I did tonight at Wal Mart and it felt good. I know it sounds 'touchy feely" but Steve was a friendly guy with a big heart. I'd like to think he'd look down on us and smile.

Sorry to hear of his passing. I had the honor of meeting him in Tulsa last spring. My wife was admitted to Southcrest for emergency surgery, and we were stuck there for a week. I posted something about it on this forum, Steve came by the hospital one day and took me to 2A to shoot off some stress. Not many folks would go out of their way to do that for a total stranger.

I had the opportunity to meet Steve once @ BANG. Nice Fella, and a major cool dude. He will be missed.

Thanks for this thread!!

I have met ALOT of you on here. Every single one of you are special to me. It just takes a special kind of person to STAY a member of this community.

Steve, I will hit up a random act of kindness today in your memory Brother.
