I didn't see any assault rifles in the long gun barrels!! Also I think the pistol pic might be fabricated propaganda. I don't think anybody that owns a smith or colt revolver is gonna give em up for $200

Sounds like a good way for a criminal to dispose of evidence...committ a gun crime...sell the gun to the police...and let the police detroy the evidence...
So what if the guy with the Bushmaster tried to haggle with LAPD? Ask for $400 in gift cards. If he didn't turn in the gun and drove off do you think think they would have stopped him? Seriously, what happens if people get in the line and then decide it's not a good deal? Think the LAPD was photographing and videoing everyone? Recording tag numbers?
You can bet they don't destroy anything until they've crawled into its creaks and crevices with a forensic toothbrush.
Some of those idiots will likely try to buy their guns back when their "assistance" check comes in at the first of the month.
