Agreed. I have never seen two people that are more for Martin. For starters, GZ was not stalking anyone. Gathering intel is way different than stalking. And had Martin just went home the situation wouldn't have happened. But Martin being the thug he was, went over to GZ and got into a fight. Everyone knows that Martin was a thug and loved to fight. That is a fact. I agree, why would Martin be screaming while he is bashing someones head into the concrete? I have been in a fight before and I never screamed. Not while I was punching nor while I was being punched.

Martin had the option of calling the police if he feared harm. Instead, according to the testimony, he was jacking his jaw on his phone, uttering racial slurs and saying he wasn't going to run.
Martin is dead because of his "tactical" decision to commit aggravated battery and attempted murder on Zimmerman, which is the plan of action you apparently approve of.

Martin is dead because Z-man is a candy ass, he harassed Martin to the point that Martin feared for his safety and then couldn't stand the heat of the ass kicking that he deserved. Had Martin be a female and she shot a stalker we would all be talking about how awesome it is that the little girl stood up for herself.

S4F, do you ever investigate suspicious activity at your place or do you just call the police over every unknown car or person? There have been several times people have been lost or trespassing on my property and I did not call the law. I drove up and asked what they were doing which is what Zman should have done rather than what he did. That was his mistake. Martins mistake was attacking an armed man.

First of all, I mind my own business unless some is on my small piece of property or I witness them doing something wrong, I try not to judge people based on their clothing, tattoos or body piercings. Second of all, since I do carry a firearm for self defense I make judicious decisions about who I approach and how it could turn out. Finally, I don't stalk people, that is a recipe for disaster.

There is no doubt that Martin made a mistake by kicking the crud out of Z-man, but Z-man's mistake is much larger than just stalking Martin, he shot the kid because he did not appreciate the ass whipping that was being administered.
Yes, I am convinced that the shooting was one of vindication, not self defense.
