Worked for bueno 25 years ago. They at the time stated that they used more syrup than other vendors. When "new coke" came out I never tasted the difference. I always believed it to be the more syrup used at bueno.
Nope. Ruined my day when I found that out.
I was in Bueno the other day and heard the staff discussing the switch to Pepsi. In the past that news would have ruined my day since I was a bigtime Diet Coke junkie. Diet Pepsi tastes like sawdust and Diet DP is too sweet. But I gave up all that stuff and mainly drink water with a shot of unsweetened tea for flavor. Sonic is no fun either anymore.

True. But they don't sell beer, so I guess I'll have to hit the drive thru and have a beer at home.

I've walked out of a place that didn't offer coke. they ask me what I want to drink. I say "coke please" they say "Pepsi okay?" I say "Is Monopoly money okay?" - yeah, we usually don't stay for the appetizers.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the dead babies. Pepsi is flavored with dead babies.
