I guess it's what you make of it... this time for me, the whole point is to kick as much ass as possible in the Garand Challenge. :)

I'll be happy to survive the Garand Challenge.

I finished pretty high in the shooting stages once…I have no such expectations this time around. While I've owned Garands for years, I've never done anything more than casual plinking with 'em.

I've said it before, you guys are the bomb.com for putting this event on and given a whole bunch of us motivation to challenge ourselves.

Never done one of these challenges before, but other than that I agree completely. I have done a little more than plink with my Garand but can't wait to push it. The rifle is definitely very capable. Time to live up to what it is capable of. My Garand turns 70 in March, an amazing rifle deserves an opportunity to shine.

My only concern is weather. If it is really nasty I will switch to Glock and AR, I plan to be there regardless of weather, but I may switch to a different load out.

Is it ok for Terminators (Pretty sure they are T-1000 models) to run this course? Seems kinda like cheating to me. Yes I'm talking about you, Spearhead.

Those children aren't even running with Garands.
Y'all need to pitch those gummi bears. Put a quart of milk in your canteen, and chug it instead of water. You get lots of vitamins, and protein, too, to revitalize those tired legs. Nick should probably drink two quarts.

Anyone wants to bail out on the run, let me know. I had two young men that dragged their ass on signing up and did not get in. They almost donated money to it though! LOL! I kept telling them to get signed up, but it fell on deaf ears.

Isn't that what the wait list is for?

Well that sucks. Hope they get to run. And hope to see you, I'll let you fondle my 1-6 on the ole Tavor.
