Looks like smoked bacon wrapped corn (first time to try this) and steak in a coffee based rub.
A friend came up with the rub recipe.
Shot or two of tequila for the cook?

After thought for the first time with the corn. Used 2 strips of bacon, stretched out to cover the ear. Should have used three rolled up relaxed. It shrank a lot. Put it on the grill to finish it and to get a little char. NO butter needed! Man that was good.
Ribeye a perfect medium rare with no grey around the edge.

The coffee rub was really good. Needed some salt, but overall, I'd cook steak with it again. We discussed what blend it might be, but finally gave up.

I did rosemary and garlic pork chops, sous vide, in hard apple cider. Then took the excess liquid and made a reduction sauce. That with some sautéed apples. I have outdone myself!
