Not going to lie, I had some at a Wild Game Dinner, I am not privy to the prep. 1.5" chunks or so. It was good.

I'm game. I'll give it a shot and let you know. Fried wasn't bad and would likely have been better had I not also fired up catfish at the same time. Especially since I was already craving catfish.

Looks like fun fishing, I just don't eat the fish. Tried it tons of different ways, all around the world, all types... just don't care for it.

I travel the world a lot and will eat or at least try to eat almost anything. I never tire of the look on people's faces (westerners) when walking down a street in some foreign country and see a food cart with some oddity on it and my first response is "hmm, never seen that before. Let's try it and see what it tastes like."

Thankfully durian doesn't taste as bad as it smells BTW.
