Here, but occasionally There.
That's why I oppose women in the military, amongst other things. I think every male 18-49 should be in the national guard if physically capable.

Perhaps you might ask veterans how they would feel about sharing a fighting space with someone that was physically capable but not mentally capable? Perhaps you might get some real world experience before expressing such thoughts.

While I never served in combat, I did serve with others (many drafted) that I wouldn't want next to me in a fight.

Well, Bradley "Chelsea" Manning wasn't drafted and I wouldn't want to serve with him.

I've worked in both... both have their ups and downs, their good and bad. Neither system is perfect, and guess what? There ISN'T a perfect system. Anywhere. Nor will there be.

But... what do I know, I'm one of the bad guys, so I'm told.

I agree there is no perfect system with the current offerings. All systems will be gamed by the system participants to increase their own benefit. And finger pointing in every direction when it’s not working they way it’s was planned or that it costs too much and delivers low quality.

The solution to the healthcare crisis was mentioned in the links posted in the OP. It’s changing our lifestyle to one that actually promotes health rather than a lifestyle that promotes disease.
