The vast majority of the customers must be satisfied, or the place would be long since out of business.

The only reason that they continue to receive business is because of their previous reputation and the fact that there are no viable alternatives available (unless you are willing to opt for a plastic resin BK grip). If I ever need another Tyler grip in the future, I will likely just purchase one off the secondary market or through Robertson's Trading Post. Brian honestly seems to be a nice enough fellow, but I'd like to see him sell the business to someone who is capable of managing the operation much more effectively.

seems like that is so, from memory it was towards the downtown end of Virginia
Southwest Shooters was on Virginia, north of I40. I can't recall what the cross street was, but the store was just north of some railroad tracks.

ETA: Looked it up on a map. It was on the SE corner of Linwood and Virginia.

ETA2: According to the map, it's now the Oklahoma City Detox Center.

Joel, SWS was down off I think Virginia. Mashburns was north of it off 12th and N.Penn on the East side of Penn
