One of the reasons I quit various forums in the past, after about three posts, it was near impossible to discern, who, why, or what topic was in play.
They remind me of what my grandad used to call "hen parties".
I have zero heartburn with any of the comments in my direction so far.
I am a real guy, Fallon NV since 1984, and just trying to present my story, about a interaction with Tyler, or Tomahawk, or who ever, where they didn't hold up their end.
I will be pleased to down load the canceled check, 21 Dec, 21, as well as a copy of a letter, 26 January, mentioning the multiple chances, suggesting that they


respond.
I have nothing against OK. One uncle used to fish Grand Lake, and my late great uncle, lived in Picher, in the early 1960s. The best part of OK might be the J M Davis gun museam, in Claremore. Will Rogers, maybe tied.
In short, I am not some CA anti gun nut job, down on folks with a harder southern accent than I have.
I just got back from my local cop shop, and the officer gave me the papers to fill out.
Though obvious, we will probably find out who shot Kennedy, before Tyler will ever be called to task.

Thanks for the clarifications, NVRGR. However, with regards to "best parts" of Oklahoma, I should also mention the 45th Infantry Museum located near NE 36th and Martin Luther King Blvd in Oklahoma City. They have an extensive display both outside and inside the building.     Tomahawk Grips LLC Tyler MFG. 3-8-2021 I sent in an order request with a check for $164.75 .My check was deposited into their account 3-23-2021. It has been over one year and I have not received my product or any communication from the company. Requested order status March 7, 2022 did not receive anything. Requested refund March 16, 2022. Requested refund again march 31, 2022 and ask for acknowledgment that this had been received. At this time I have not had any communication from this company. I have also noticed several other complaints on the Internet about this company regarding the same subject.

    Tomahawk grips sells firearm accessories under the trade name Tyler T-Grips from a website. They do not take credit card payments and orders need to be placed using check or money order. I placed an order using a personal check on 1/10/2021. After not receiving my product I saw my check had been endorsed and cashed on 1/21/2021. I called the number on their website on 3/6/2021 and spoke with a gentleman identifying himself as the owner indicating he was starting to fill orders again and mine would ship soon. I called on 6/8/2021 with no answer. I texted the number as the website instructs on 6/26/2021, 10/5/2021 and 12/23/2021 with no response. I also mailed letters on 8/1/2021, 11/4/2021 and 2/15/2022 to Tomahawk Grips with a copy of my order and my canceled check. I received no reply. A certified letter with the same information in February 2022 went unsigned/undelivered. It's been over 14 months and I see that other customers are reporting the same behavior by this company...

    On 5/24/2021 I mailed an order with a personal check in the amount of $120.75 which was cashed on 5/29/2021. After not receiving my order in August 2021 I attempted to contact TYLER MFG by text, as they say they prefer on the website. I received NO RESPONSE. I waited 6 weeks to contact them again, by text, again with no reply. It is now November 15 2021 and I still have not had any response to my inquiries nor have I received my order.If they are unable to send my order I would like a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND and NOT the 'service charge' deduction they demand for CANCELLED ORDERS.

I HAVE LEFT DOZENS OF MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE. THEY NOW APPEAR TO HAVE THERE PHONE NOT ACCEPTING ANY CALLS. THEY HAVE A WEBSITE THAT ALSO SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM NOT RECEIVING THEIR MERCHANDISE.

    On July 9, 2021, I sent a check for $48.75 along with an order for a Tyler T Grip (an accessory for a revolver grip). On July 27, 2021, my check was cashed. It is now October 17 and I have neither my product nor my payment. Repeated texts and phone calls (they don't "do" email because of volume) have been ignored. I am feeling somewhat foolish and helpless and hope your organization can get me some satisfaction . . . or at least some information. Thank you for your assistance.

I have tried to contact Tyler for the last 1o months unable to leave a message as mail box is all ways full and no one will answear their phone. whih leaves me no choice but to file a complaint. G.     In march I placed an order for a grip adapter, my check was cashed on march 30, 2021. The company posted excuses about shipping delays shortly after then a announcement about shipping back in July. After waiting I started to try to contact them after it hit six months from cashing the check. No reply, phone or with their "preferred" text messaging. Probably because they don't have to listen the phone ring. To anyone that wants this product, a company called BKGrips makes a very similar product for half the price and got it in about a week.

    On April 2, 2021 Tyler Manufacturing cashed my check for an order placed in the amount of $44.75 It was sent via US mail.Obviously this is an ongoing scam perpetuated by this company as seen from the numerous previous BBB complaints.Regardless, of their supposed forms of contact, none of them work, and no responses are ever received.No business is this inept. Obviously they only have the ability to cash peoples checks, and steal their money, but suffer no consequences.BUYER BEWARE

I contacted them via text, their preferred form of communication according to their web site, on December 2, 2020 for status on the order. I received no response. I contacted them on March 3, 2021 for the status of my order. I received a response on March 4, 2021. I was texted a photo of my order and was told by the person that the man who manufactures the product is not done with it yet and she would bring it to his attention when he gets in this morning. I receive no other response after this. I contacted them via text on June 2, 2021 for the status of my order. I received no response.     I ordered four custom pistol grip adapter on February 17, 2021, invoice #****** and sent a check in the amount of $134.75 which was cashed on February 19, 2021. I first reached out to the company via a phone call and left a message around April 1, 2021 and then followed up with numerous phone calls and text messages. The first contact from the company was on April 22 at 12:30 pm stating that due to the pandemic they had been hospitalized and were behind on orders but now working at a slower pace and would send my order as soon as possible. I was communicating with someone named **** who provided an invoice (attached) from Tyler Mfg. showing the details of my order.At this time, I have been unable to get a response since my last communication in April by either phone or text message. I have texted 11 times with no response and, per their website, texting is the best way to get in touch with them. The voice mail for their company no longer accepts voice mail messages.

    I simply wish for this company to honor the sale which I entered into. I wrote Tyler Mfg. a check for $56.75 includes $8.75 S&H for a T-Grip for a *** *** ** ****** ****. Wrote check on 3/11/21 and mailed approx. on 3/13/21. I have called their listed phone No. (************) approx. 15 times. I was only allowed two times to leave a message due to their mail box being full. It is now 5/6/21 and have not heard any type of reply. I simply want these people to send me my T-Grip, OR at least have the courtesy to give me a status on my order. He has my phone number and my email address so there is absolutely NO reason for him not to contact me. I am becoming quite concerned over this outfit and I sincerely hope that I have not been screwed. - Regards, Concerned Purchaser

    I made a purchase in the manner required by Tyler ***** in September 2020, with my check being cashed immediately upon receipt on October 2, 2020. On October 12, 2020 Tyler ***** posted a shipping update on their site claiming a 2-3 week ship time. After receiving no product 5 weeks later, I began attempting to contact the company on November 10. After 10 unsuccessful attempts over several weeks and using multiple methods, I requested a full refund on December 1, 2020. This was also disregarded by the company, as were all previous attempts at communication.

After receiving no product 5 weeks later, I began attempting to contact the company on November 10. After 10 unsuccessful attempts over several weeks and using multiple methods, I requested a full refund on December 1, 2020. This was also disregarded by the company, as were all previous attempts at communication.

Uh oh, the tax man cometh.
I couldn't find a physical address myself and figured it was just my lack of computerization skills. 🤪
So falling back to my stubborn MO farm boy mindset, I came up with the following, from my local cop shop, who had contacted the neckties in that area of OK.
Website phone disconnected, business license expired. When I had a website, seems like it was a three year contract, so Tomahawk might run for a long time yet, and they continue cashing the checks.
The local cop, said one OK contact, had said "Yes, I recall another complaint", so like a bad cold, this outfit has been sketchy for more than just a couple customers.
Thanks for all the ideas. Love your neighbor I guess, but dont trust his skinny ass.
I have been around long enough, after seeing the striping sign, he may have learned the trade, from that group out of Ohio, contract roof and parking lot repair. Cant think of what they called them, but they would shame the classic "crossroader", out of the carnival circuit. Splash some used motor oil on the blacktop, complete with a tail light guarantee. Every scam, until that wears out, then a new one.

Terry, the Northern NV mentioned in the first line, of my post, is kind of a giveaway that I dont reside in OK. My user name, is a compilation of the abbreviation for Nevada, plus my initials.
That way, I dont forget it, but the password keeps giving me grief. :-) Still trying to understand, an implied insult?
I no longer spend time on any of the boards, I realized a long time back, that I wasnt getting anything done, that actually made my life better.
I joined here, cause a crook, is rarely a crook only once. This site being in OK, a good as place as any to investigate Tomahawk. A previous poster, near parroted my complaint.
And it is sad, such an old, reputable company, has been hijacked by a shyster.
By the way, I did find the adapters I wanted, from a guy on Guns America. He allowed as well, he hadnt gotten any direct factory deliveries, in some time. Said he had one left, after my order was filled. Which arrived in about 7 days, all the way from east coast.
I had actually blown this whole issue off, until I received an auto reply, to my email.
Well, the onery, SW MO side of me has kicked in.
But, in todays give a crap society, I doubt it will come to anything.
I could not find an actual administration number to Newalla. I called the OK county law enforcement, they didnt even know that the web site, says that their office is in charge of Newalla.
I finally got kicked over to the Sheriffs office in Newalla. The lady there, was playing the "I cant hear you game".
Seems to me, their local DA would be the go to shop, but I get most of my info from watching Andy Griffith re runs.
Before I hung up on her game, She advised, that I have to go to my local police department, and begin a complaint there.
That the local cops, dont even arrest crack deals going down, in broad daylight, does not give me any hope.
Not that I imagine Newalla does either. If they did arrest some clown, he would be out on the street later same day. Same as here.
Tomahawk, likely operates under the good old boy system.
Having spent the last 40 years of my life, in a once rural, NV county, I totally comprehend, a "good old boy" system.
Wild card is, one or two of the good old boys, work at the local cop shop, both police, and sheriff, and they know me.
Any results, will likely take longer than getting an appointment, at the Veterans Hospital, but what the heck.
I will advise if any thing miraculous happens.
I want to re state, this outfit has ignored phone messages, email, repeated texts, even snail mail. Its obvious, more than myself, have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Some how, he still found his way to the bank to cash my 164 dollar check.

Not sure it will do much good but I am going to go by my local post office and see who I need to contact about having their post office notified that they’re using the PO Box to hide behind so they can scam people.
